My Art Pix cannot offer refunds as our products are made to order. However, if there is a issue with your order, such as arriving damaged, please contact us, as we will assess your situation and arrange a replacement if required. You may be requested to (refund and returns policy) return your Art Pix Book so our production team can identify the problem. Reprints can take up to 2 weeks. 

Please email us at info@myartpix.com to discuss a return. Any Art Pix Books sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
